Heavy Duty Transport

Spotted on my way home at lunch time. This is the main way trains are delivered or in this case sent on to other heritage railways.

The knee continues to make progress. Dressing off and bruising gradually dispersing. Gradually extending walks but as soon as I am home it is on the ice machine for 30 minutes. So glad I rented this amazing machine. The only downside is the amount of ice it consumes. As the heat goes out of the wound this will gradually reduce.
