Naughty or nice...

The choice is yours.   I chose nice.  Excuse me while I polish my halo :-))

At last a day arrived where the sun shone and it was warm enough to eat lunch in the garden.  We were joined by friends Agnes and Adrian who arrived just as the roasting tin recipe and the quiche were coming out of the oven.  It was so lovely to eat outside with the birds singing, the sun shining and a gentle breeze stopping us overheating.

Lunch over, D and A headed off for a round of golf and Agnes and I settled down for an afternoon of chat, still sitting in the garden.  The afternoon passed so quickly (time really does fly when you're enjoying yourself :-) and we were only back in the house 15 minutes when they guys arrived back from their round.  A good time had been had on the course and both were happy with their round.

Realised as they were leaving that we probably won't see them again till Andrew and Nikki's wedding.  They are hoping they will be there but there's a chance Adrian may be getting a minor operation the day before the wedding, so they may not be.  Would be such a shame if they missed it but of course Adrian's health is priority.
