Ten today

Ten years ago I became a Mummy. It’s all I ever wanted and wished for, for as long as I can remember. As a child I was obsessed with babies. I had lots of dolls, which I dressed, fed & loved. I looked forward to growing up so that one day I could have my own. It didn’t happen easily and we had to be patient but here she is ten years on. The most beautiful soul I know. She has the biggest heart, always putting others before herself, she’ll do anything for you. Always willing to give things a go and never afraid of making mistakes. She’s the best big sister to Max, gives the best hugs and can eat for England!
School work doesn’t always come easily to Anya, she’s worked really hard and yet still there are things she finds challenging but we couldn’t be prouder of her.
Our singing, dancing, always full of energy and fun girl is ten! Happy birthday Anya, we love you.
*We had offered to cancel Max’s swimming lesson so she could have her birthday evening but she said “oh but he’s doing so well and he wants to get his orange badge!”
So after swimming it was back home for lasagne & chocolate cake and the rest of her pressies. She’s was pleased with them all and is looking forward to Harry Potter studios in a few weeks time…
