Self respect

Such a difficult counselling session. So many tears, and self loathing. I couldn't even look her in the eye.
My nice thing to do after, which I know I have to do, was Greenbrook Nursery for Grandads requested father's day gift.  A pink Hydrangea. Counsellor told me to treat myself to a plant aswell. So I did! Three!
Alison convinced me to try a drop in sing session, so after a nap, we went to sing This is me and Streets of London. Loved it! And a perfect tonic for a Thursday. Finished off with dinner at Amalfi with Cromer7. Too much in one day became overwhelming at around 9pm.
