Hover Fly

I have seen a Hover Fly sit and groom himself before, this little guy used his front feet on his face and head.

The extra shows him flying by a balloon flower. He is super tiny for TT.

I walked around in the garden but I think I need to take longer walks. My thigh is stiff and sore. I have just started to do some sitting the last couple of days...I guess I shouldn't be sitting here in my recliner on my computer.
