Dalscone

Well I didn't manage 5k last night but I ran 4.35 km. And my fastest km was just over 7 minutes.  

It's been a full on day. All of us except Mr R have just gotten home and been out of the house for 10 hours. 

A playdate at dalscone was needed after school.  A brilliant day weather wise for it. 

The wildlings are knackered. 

I called my doc and asked him to put a private referral in for my wildling.  We shouldn't have to wait too long for a appointment. And our health care should cover most of the appointments.  We really shouldn't have to go private but we're lucky we have the health care. We should hear by Monday when we can get a appointment.  

Apologies as I don't have time for blip tonight but I have a day off tomorrow so can catch up. My work owe me hours back. It's quite handy since there is so much to do around the house. That and I need to pick up more iron tablets.  I've to be on them for a minimum of 3 months .
