Terraced

I'm taking advantage of the freshness of the morning for our dog walks.  Out again just after 6. 

I arrived early at 9.30 at the Market.   Both Kevin the fruit & veg stallholder and Chris the other fruit & veg stallholder commented on my earliness. 

Back home made a peperonata - Italian pepper salad with tomato and herb sauce and tabbouleh - a Middle Eastern salad with bulgur wheat, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, parsley and mint with a lemon and olive oil dressing.  Both eaten cold for dinner with Greek gigantes beans and a green salad.   

It has been pretty hot this afternoon. The thermometer registered 25° in the south  facing bedroom and that's with drawn curtains and closed windows.  It might be cooler sleeping in the bathtub tonight.
