Bio Pic

Tom took this shot for my bio page in my book Soapbox, which will be published next month. It’s a collection of stories, essays, and poems over 30 years of teaching high school English. Too much to explain on the title, but the short of it is I used this wooden soapbox as a major teaching tool. The tie dye I wear represents my Tuesdays style decorum, “tie, or tie dye.” Students followed it as well. I will blip a shot of the book when it is out in a couple of weeks.
