What a wonderful daughter I am..

I had the doctors appointment today, and prescribed an inhaler for hayfever asthma. Not to happy about this, but hopefully it helps.

When I went back home, I was thinking of what I could do to entertain myself. So I got off of my ass, went down to Waitrose and brought some ingredients for a dinner idea I had planned.

I had an idea to make, from scratch, a gluten free pizza for dinner.. So dad could enjoy it as well. I got everything prepared and began to cook!

I must say, I was incredibly pleased with the results. And Dad loved it too! I think this is definitely on the cards for dinner again..
