There Must Be Magic

Pizza Girl Goes Out for a Slice . . . or Two!

It had been a while since our group of old friends had gotten together. But on this day, in spite of a few challenges, we all made it! The venue was Robin Hood Brewing Company in Bellefonte, a place I'd never been before. They serve pizza there. So guess what. This former pizza girl had to try some!

Pizza can be had for $2.50 a slice. An extra topping is a buck more. They run some lunch specials, among which is this one: two slices, each with one topping, and a side salad with choice of dressing for $8. It seemed like a square deal. This is what my pizza looked like when it arrived. It was hot and golden and melty and cheesy and good. Look at those pepperonis! Oh, nom! Mangia!

My soundtrack song is Five for Fighting, with Slice. Now, I know he was talking about a slice of American pie. But I think it'll work with pizza too!
