A blustery day!

What a change in the weather!

The heat wave has been swept away, and has been replaced with strong winds and heavy rain showers!

So with full waterproofs on we walked along Derwentwater for a couple of hours.

Before we set off we had potato and watercress soup at Lingholm cafe. This is where Beatrix Potter wrote her Peter Rabbit books.
