STRAVA Day 1126- handstand practice

Cycling with White Fiona (home to market to home)

Here with my niece, Sophia Ingrid who has another month of school break to spend playing and using our home gym. She surprised me the other day when she still had a lot of extra energy to do splits and other advanced yoga poses even after cycling . Requested B to take our photo together today. Children usually find the more difficult yoga postures as effortless and thus am looking forward to learning a few tricks from her in the next days.
