AR technology generated sculpture

We spent a fun afternoon along the Strand at Tauranga scanning QR codes to generate the Matariki inspired digital artwork. It took me awhile to get the hang of it but eventually managed to bring up each piece of art and place it on the nearby grass or in the sea and look at it from all angles. I should have turned this eel around to show its face but I was so pleased with myself that I had managed to get it over the water I quickly took the photo before I lost it.
Today is a holiday to celebrate the Maori New Year (Matariki).
