Prepared..

..for bad weather at the cottage. One would not want to run out of reading material!

I should be heading north today to the cottage but am delayed a day because of car issues...I needed a service and oil change etc and also an opinion about my exhaust system - which I now know is indeed an issue...and that my fears that it would be VERY pricey to replace are now confirmed. I know I should have traded this car  ..and I know that I should have done it long ago.....but  I hate buying a new car so much that I kept procrastinating and here I am - My timing has not been impeccable...It will be downhill from here! In my nightmares, I see the repair bills piling up...

It was a busy and frustrating day getting ready to go north, but the carrot of peace and quiet and relaxing time with nature dangling in front of me kept me going and I am now ready..

Tomorrow, tomorrow..the sun will come out tomorrow..I hope!
