What I've Done

The Lancaster Canal near Sedgwick

The forecast was better down towards the south of the county today, so we went down to Levens Hall and took a walk down to Sedgwick, along the old route of the Lancaster canal, now dried up. The photo shows part of the route of the canal, with a bridge that would have spanned the canal in the past on the left of the photo. I did shoot it both in colour and in Infra Red, but the IR had so much more mood, depth and tree detail. The straight colour shot (extra, though it will get deleted in a few days)  simply had a light sky, but almost black & featureless trees (the main reason I love IR)
