Geranium

In the extras are my drawings from last night when I did another online course  - Contemporary Botanical Pencil Drawing , with the London Drawing Group :)  

I'm a total beginner where pencil drawing of flowers is concerned, and some of my drawings didn't make the cut!!  It was another '3 minute' challenge per drawing. Hoping to find time to practice.  

Today has been terrible due to the MRI.  They enclosed my poor very swollen knee quite tightly:(  I had pains and spasms shooting up and down my leg which made me cry and I had tears pouring down my face (I felt so alone, even though I was trying to keep myself cheerful by praying and reciting bible passages).....

I was feeling quite sick and in pain (still in horrible pain several hours later :( ) and couldn't face the journey home so I had a jacket potato with cheese and a cup of peppermint tea in the hospital restaurant (only £4 - you'd pay a lot more in a cafe!).  After a rest and taking paracetamols I caught the bus home...and went straight to bed.  I read, relaxed and dozed. 

Unfortunately this has meant I am unable to attend youth club tonight, and sadly due to others being unwell, its had to be cancelled :(

I've just had a potter round the garden including this blip, and now I'm resting on the sofa.  I'm not feeling like any more food, but I've had a snack and I'll make that do til I need to take another tablet....

This has put a trip I'd planned to do tomorrow very unlikely, most especially as I'll have to catch up with more flippin' job hunting or I won't get paid (though they know I had the MRI booked :(

And that's been my day...
