Fair weather day..

The weather is extraordinary . It is the middle of winter and we are experiencing temperatures of 26 degrees . It's beautiful , still , no wind days,but we need the rain!
I've been having all my annual check ups before flying back to London , and my blood results came back with a very low Vit D result! Who would have thought that this would be possible living in South Africa. And that's all thanks to Lady M talking about her blood results. The amazing facts we gleam from blip!
