Harvestman or Daddy Long Legs?

We came across this breeding site for long legged arachnids on one of our landings in the house today - they've clearly been breeding copiously! My Editor thinks they're Harvestmen but as they have a definite "waist" my reading suggests that they're actually Daddy Long Legs - also they seem to have spun a bit of a web which seems to favour the latter. However I'm happy to be corrected by a knowledgeable blipper.

At least, according to Google, the idea that they're seriously venomous with a risk to humans is an old wives' tale and they can be useful in eating troublesome insects.
