First night of Mātariki (Māori New Year). on the (Wellington) wterfront sampling the Mātariki light shows. Lasers, projections onto various objects including screens created from fountains, the takeaway food, the free music everywhere, and the general hububb makes it an interesting photo experience (if a little hard to do when wondering around with non-photographers).
