Trifolium Ochroleucon

We have two of these - one in the front and one in the back. They are really funky, and should be good for bees. I was pleased to see the flowers out when I arrived back in Tain this lunchtime, after a slightly busier and more delayed trip up in the train than hitherto. It was surprising how much had changed in the garden in the few days I had been away, but really good to be back, especially since I don't have to get a train again until a week on Monday.

After a few Teams meetings in the afternoon, and a quick trip to Lidl for some alcohol supplies, P arrived after a long journey from Argyll, bearing the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from M&S. I assumed he must have gone round via Inverness, but it turned out that these were available in the M&S foodhall in Fort William.

It was good to sit down together and have a good chat, which carried on over dinner down at Platform 1864 and then back here again, before we all started falling asleep.
