A little thank you

My cousins mother in law. Who lives in America sent me these today.

She had a hip replaced a few months ago so I sent some flowers to cheer her up.
I was so surprised to get a parcel delivered today with a lovely card and these hand made items.
It was a thank you for the flowers so thoughtful.
I have to say her words reduced me to tears. Lol soppy sod I know.
