Sushi @ Sushiya

Well I'm sure that both Toadally and Cherryblossom have blipped here before but I just trawled through two months worth of both their journals and I'll be danged if I can find them. So no link!

Met Mum and my Stepdad for lunch here - AWESOME :) This is dragon sushi which Mum and I followed up with teryaki chicken yakisoba noodles. My stepdad had the mixed seafood yakisoba noodles. We washed it all down with a giant mug of green tea. I can highly recommend this place though perhaps sushi followed by noodles was a trifle excessive...

Afterwards I went to visit my Nanna who manged to insult a policeman while I was there. He knocked on the door because someone had reported a problem with some neighbours down the road. My Nanna told him that I'd have to translate as she 'couldn't understand his accent' (Scottish, by the way) then she brought up the two police dogs that recently died locked in a car and she finished off by commenting that 'you had to be taller than that to get into the force in my day' as he was leaving. *CRINGE*
