Damselfly.

Sitting having a cuppa and spotted this blue Damselfly flitting around the Buddlia.
We are not seeing Butterflies or Bees and Bumble Bees in this nice weather. The Lavender that is usually covered in them is flowering and non visiting it. Has anyone else noticed the lack of those insects ? In the last week saw one Holly Blue and one Speckled Wood. We are outside nearly all day too.
