Bingley - Queensbury - Bingley

A wet, wet, wet...and soggy...kind of day which to be fair did eventually dry up, although we're back to rain now!

Matthew and I enjoyed a walk starting off in Bingley and ending just below Queensbury. It's a great walk which takes in parts of The Great Northern Trail, Hewenden Viaduct, Doe Park Reservoir, Goit Stock and skims Myrtle Park.

Thank you for your messages of congratulations for Matthew yesterday. He's gearing up for his next challenge which begins on Friday cycling 110 miles up to the base of Helvellyn, camping before hiking Helvellyn on Saturday... and then cycling back 110 miles on Sunday, with many many feet of climbing...all to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease.

Nail painting and stage one of the Tour de France for me now. I'm doing a combination of two blue shimmery shades named Love at Frost Sight and Polar-izing. :-)
