Beach fun

A cloudy day, but mild and dry until mid-afternoon. We played football, dug holes, collected shells, ate fish and chips... Ruth went in for a brief swim... and two old friends of Josh and Ruth's, who now live near Aberdovey, joined us for the afternoon and an early tea.
Later the rain set in, in earnest. This didn't stop Eben and Luca from helping to barbecue sausages and toast marshmallows. They're a hardy pair :-)
