The Dragon and the Parrot!

An interesting combination I think! Most unusal to find it around the house I would agree but I think the parrot would be able to fend its own! I enhanced some of the colour schemes for this image and layered the parrots colourings. I guess my main question to everyone is " are you allowed to shange the colours of a picture for blip - just a little bit to give it a better zing to the image? - anyone?"
