Silly Saturday

Ellie had two more performances today. She dressed at home and turned around to ask me if her tail was on straight. 

Our Raspberries are doing great again this year; I think many of them are much bigger than any we have had in years past. We pick another gallon tonight. It was a beautiful bright sunny day this morning but by the time we got out to pick them it was raining. It was a light rain so we continued picking until we filled our containers.  The extra shot shows the berries in a wash of Apple Cider Vinegar and water, it was only a splash of vinegar. I heard that berries stay fresher longer if they are washed this way before putting them in the refrigerator or freezer. I was hesitant because I didn't want the berries to taste like vinegar, but I can't taste the vinegar and they do last in the refrigerator longer!! Try it.
