Full day

An early start for some parkrun tourism. Super friendly team and a cross country course with brambles and uneven ground making it quite tough going.  Had breakfast in a community cafe nearby.  It took twice as long to get home as it had taken to get there on account of an accident near the Dartford crossing but we got to chat and munch on flapjacks Jim brought along.
At home briefly before Marion picked me up and we headed to the river for a swim.  We had to wait for quite a while for high tide but it was lovely once we were in.
Home for a large aperol spritz and some more work on balancing my books which I'm doing a bit each day as I'd let the job get very behind.
