Breakfast in the garden

My 7 year old daughter, Leyla, insisted on making breakfast for me and her dad this morning. The concept, execution and faultless presentation of this yummy, healthy breaky are all down to her, including the fresh mint garnish which finishes it off perfectly. We ate in the garden, where the temperature at 8am was 19C.

Later she brought home her Year 2 school report, and made us proud all over again.
