Three Delicious Meals

... and a bright yellow African Daisy.

I thought that I would photograph my three meals today to show you how delicious they are!

From the upper left:
- Breakfast: Almond pancakes with blueberry coulis and Greek yoghourt
- Lunch: Baked cod with topping, quinoa and broccoli
- Supper: lettuce, avocado pear, thinly sliced apple, spring onion, walnuts and Parmesan cheese shavings.

My supper is prepared and when I've posted this entry, I'll add the dressing: olive oil and lemon juice and eat nice and early, so that I finish eating at 6pm and then a good space of no eating till 7 or 8 am tomorrow.

After the first full week, I'm still very enthusiastic about this way of eating
to improve my health.

No potatoes, pasta, rice. Nothing with sugar, so no desserts, no cakes, no biscuits and, for the time being, no chocolate of any kind!

Week 2 starts tomorrow and there will be twelve of them altogether.

No wild storms yesterday. At midnight we had thunder, lightning and rain, but not at all violent.  Other areas of Switzerland were not so lucky and they had flooding and hailstorms.
