Catching up over coffee...

My day was better than theirs... - great 80k club cycle to Burrow Farm Gardens - great stamina training trying to keep a faster wheel and a couple of good 10 min efforts -  threshold or just above and some good fun town board sprints.

The above just translates into a great fun group ride, nice coffee and lemon drizzle, nice chats (note - not during threshold efforts).

Back in time to see Riverdance 25th Anniversary film in theatre, and get bored with Euros on telly - livened up by TDF coverage at 7pm.

Tired now.
