Wolfe Island Sailboat and Swan
Both the sailboat and the swan (extra) were seen today on the mouth of the ST Lawrence River. The main photo shows the sailboat going by Simcoe Island, which is a smaller island across the Bateau Channel. In the extra photo a white swan is swimming past the cottage and you can see Kingston, Ontario in the background. It's about 3 miles across the river from Wolfe Island.
"The St. Lawrence Seaway is a system of locks, canals, and channels in Canada and the United States that permits ocean going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes of North America, as far inland as Duluth, Minnesota, at the western end of Lake Superior." -Wikipedia
