Newly acquired art work

Due to the amount of Mummy hazelh admin that I needed to tackle today, I was pretty certain that there would not be much opportunity for blipping. So this morning I photographed the new (to us) picture that we hung in the study yesterday morning. It's by Ethel Wane (1875-1963).

As predicted, I spent most of my day at my computer and on the phone to my sisters. We are preparing for the arrival of the auctioneer at Mummy hazelh's house tomorrow. This will be his first day of cataloguing and collecting items for the sale room. 

Other than this, I brewed some soup, hung a couple of pictures and moved some others (including the seascape to the left of this blip), watched a little of the Glastonbury coverage with Mummy hazelh, and listened to the England v Slovakia match at a safe distance (relieved at the very lucky win) while I cooked supper for the three of us.

 Exercise today: none.
