There were lots of birds in the estuary this morning ... mainly egrets and herons.  Couldn't resist blipping this one as there's four different birds, heron just landing, egret, oyster catcher flying away and a crow in the foreground.  Shortly afterwards we met Misty's three collie friends.  So had a chat with their owner.  Lots of gardening done today ... trying to thin out the prickly ivy in the hedge in the lane and tackling weeds in the paving slabs.  Rain tomorrow so a day off gardening.
