Different Turtle!

We found another woodland box turtle on the driveway this morning! Closer to the house this time. And definitely a different one. See extras for 1. this one from the top, and 2. the previous one from the top.

This one seemed to have been thinking of digging a place to lay eggs, but changed her mind and walked off into the woods below the driveway. The area she had been digging in was far too dry, and there was too much gravel. I hope she found a good spot. It's hard for them when we haven't had rain.
