The wood barrow.....!!!!

This is the wood barrow....left abandoned today. I went back to my house to water things like the greenhouse and decided as my poor leg was feeling sooooo much better I would start to move the pile of split wood into the woodshed. all went well...I was very very careful of me and my poor leg and had shifted and stacked over half when a large piece of wood fell off....I picked it up and tossed it onto the barrow....whereupon it bounced back off and fell from a great height, squarely on my foot attached to my unbroken leg.....The pain was indescribably awful and I hopped around and clutched at the shed door for support, which swung open and wrenched my upper arm.......more pain......gave up ...limped back up to house.....frozen peas....and off to docs where he said he didn't think I'd broken anything....even though there was a large lump and I could hardly walk on it.....just massive bruising he said....broken leg healing nicely but I must remember having torn ligaments and gawd knows what else...it would take a bit of time ......back home to telling off from Rhubarrb for even CONSIDERING moving and stacking wood..........now feeling a bit sorry for myself!!!!! will see how things are tomorrow.......sigh
