Sunday Roast

The only photo from today is a screenprint. Yesterday at the Alma we were sitting next to their giant BBQ where one of the chefs from their smokehouse restaurant came out to start the process of smoking and slow cooking the lamb for the Sunday roast. The boys wanted to taste this delicacy so we returned for lunch today. It was by all accounts well worth the return journey although the veggie food is never so good there.
