The new cat climbing frame and water fountain.

The Feast Day of Saint Oliver Plunket. Bishop and Marytr. 1681.

I was very blessed to go for my morning walk, bought the newspaper, fed the garden birds and brought the bin back into the garden before the heavens opened.

It is 1st July and the weather is 16c and forecast to be 14c most of the week ahead. We don't go abroad and we enjoy visiting the Lake District, but some sunny warm days in July and August would be lovely.

I have nothing but joy that England won their football match yesterday. Keep up the good work and excel. Keep winning.

The photo shows the cat's new climbing frame, from temu, in the conservatory. It has a little cat cave and they both love it. It is their happy place, along with several others around the house. The water fountain is from Amazon. £24. 90. It is called a TriLine 1.8L Cat Water Fountain. It has a very quiet motor and has a sensor, and filters. The cats have taken an interest in it but I have not seen them drinking water from it yet. A vet once said they drink water at night.
