Light Made Edible
Every now and again, the miracle of it all strikes me. I like that. So much better than walking through life like a zombie, which too many of us spend too much time doing.
Today, Moira, Steve and I went to the Moss Street Farmers' Market, which is a weekly habit of these two foodies. There are dozens of stands selling fresh produce, flowers, baked goods and handicrafts. I thought these peppers best embodied the bright freshness of local farming, the miracle of small seeds well tended in good soil turning light and water into food. There are no zombies at a farmers' market!
