Carnival!!!

Nothing says Carnival! like balloons and dancers and float things. Unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to picture anything that was moving at the Cowley Road Carnival in Oxford. I love it that the road has a party and invites others.

My road has a street party but they don't invite us ( the flats at the end). Bit snobby. We always threaten to organise our own flats party and have it on the same day and ours will have jolly, friendly community policemen and people on stilts and feathers. Yeah, we can't be bothered...
