Bird's eye view

We did the big supermarket shop today for the essential supplies to last us another week out at the casita. Thank goodness for the deep freeze for all the lovely fresh fish and the luxury of lots of ice for cold drinks!  The big heat has arrived!

Mark spent the rest of the day "sorting" his garage and selecting unwanted items. On the first Tuesday of every month, that is tomorrow, one is allowed to leave larger items for recycling (e.g. a rusted old barbeque, ladder missing a few rungs) at the village skip and they'll be collected by the municipal refuse lorry. The garage is looking a tad emptier thankfully!
