No Longer Sustainable

Sadly. I was in John Lewis and asked where I could refill my water bottle. Ask in the café I was told, so I went to the helper in the café and asked if she could refill it for me. hot or cold she asked. Cold I said, hot will melt it. Cold she repeated. Yes please I said, cold. As you can see there was clearly a miscommunication.
