Monday

I did a Youtube Pilates session this morning and really enjoyed it. 
Pottered then wandered along to the chemist as I've had a blocked ear all weekend, and minimal hearing. I am prone to blocked ears and have to get them syringed. This time it's a bit different as I feel dizzy and in pain. Was going to do the usual almond oil  but thought I'd ask the pharmacist. Because of having the pain he doesn't advise using the oil and to get  a Dr appt. Could be an infection. Walked along to Dr's to find they have no appt until 31 Aug! So to phone at 8am or 1.30 for on the day. 
On the way home I popped into the park and had a wander.
