Monkfish
Monkfish tail with pickled chanterelles, potatoes, and baby leeks in a chicken butter sauce.
Today we went to Stonehenge and Avebury then returned to Bath. We had an excellent dinner at a Michelin recognized (Bib Gourmand) gastropub called the Chequers.
