No passing

The mono monday theme is superstition and as I was four floors up and using the stairs I checked to make sure I didn't need to pass anyone as apparently it brings bad luck..... Thanks to our host for this unusual theme :) 
The office is Clackmannanshire Councils main office in Alloa. Known as The Wee County it's Scotland's smallest local authority. I spend quite a bit of time there as I'm supporting a couple of projects.
