Sadly, that's more than could be said for the Sunday market. It was even quieter than last time. I hope that's because I turned up late... or maybe it's because everyone was watching the men's final at Wimbledon... That said, I have to say that I do think the market is a bit crap. Sure, there isn't much room there, so we can't really expect much more than a burger stall, a bread stall, an ice cream stall, a tea stall, a fish van and a cheese van, but the disappointing thing is that they do all of those things so much better at the Farmer's Market on Castle Terrace. Never mind. I continue to wish them well.

And so we approach the end of a weekend which was again lovely and again far too short...
