I went to Stayfit this morning and there was only half a class this week. I was feeling decidedly unenthusiastic and weary, as were most of us. I slept badly, was my excuse. We are doing a coach trip next week, so I'm hoping the weather improves.  Awful again today, and although the sun has tried to break through a bit this afternoon,  it is still only 15/16C ...
