A thank you

A neighbour delivered a bunch of flowers today, a gift to say thank you for watering her garden last week when they were on holiday and the weather was scorching and dry. I was so pleased to see the beautiful colours.

Two trips out today, the first to visit the wound specialist nurse at the surgery for B’s dressing to be changed and the wound inspected. It’s doing well. The second was a hair appointment for me. I certainly look better for a trim!
