The Gallery
Frank finished his painting and found a frame in the attic eaves.
The one below is not one of his, he bought it years ago when we were at Girvan Folk Festival. It started off his love of drawing and painting boats and sea scenes. Frank has had boats over the years, from a wee mirror dinghy, to a sailing boat in Kirkcudbright harbour and then our lovely narrowboat. We are toying with the idea of selling Fiddlesticks and getting a camper van but the decision is not yet made. We will be sad to see her go but the maintenance is quite heavy work, not to mention the locks and some swing bridges.
I’ve been doing the exercises for my sore bum! Primaforis is the proper name. Mambo told me the exercise to do and it is helping as well as sitting on an ice cold hot water bottle - from the freezer - and a memory foam pillow. The things you have to do!
We now have an appointment with the consultant and the oncology nurse next Monday at 1pm. We are both quite nervous about it and don’t really know what to expect. We have to do it though for our own and the family’s peace of mind.
Nearly bedtime, not sure about the book though. I can’t concentrate just now.
Goodnight lovely Blippers :-) X
