Mine!

The day started with a trip down to my new vets in Biggar. My second calculated risk this week. My old vets has been taken over by a large American Corp and prices have gone through the roof and they'd been very unwilling to discuss if it was possible Max (cat) had either got better from his thyroid issues or been misdiagnosed. The new vets turned out to be a delight and they charged me £73 for the consultation and blood test (old vets charged me £156 for exact same two weeks ago). His diagnosis was still the same however they'd taken the time to look at cheaper medication options. Moving forwards knowing I'll be paying less than half for a lovely local service is priceless (and the savings across 4 animals is well worth the extra 10 miles) so counting it as another win.  

Another bonkers day of making and packaging but have got myself into a place where I should be able to pull back a bit. It's been over three weeks without any timeout at all and I'm feeling the need.
